After placing your order, a personal consultant will contact you to confirm the order contents and cost, and arrange a delivery date. If you have any questions, the consultant will be happy to help you with your selection.

Worldwide Courier Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated individually, according to Russian Post rates, directly during order placement.

We ship orders to non-CIS countries without taxes and duties in the buyer's country of residence (the shipping price does not include taxes and duties).

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and dispatched for delivery on the first business day.

Product Care

Detailed information about washing and caring for each item can be found on the product page as well as on the care label inside each garment. Please follow these recommendations to ensure the longevity of your Se Peau piece. We are not responsible for any damage caused by using alternative cleaning methods.

Handling Leather

Due to the delicate nature of Se Peau leather, garments should be handled with care when wearing jewelry or accessories. Please ensure that cosmetics and perfumes are completely dry before putting on your garment. Do not spray perfume or hairspray directly onto the leather.

Storage

Store items in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

• Knitwear should be stored flat to prevent stretching.
• Leather garments should be stored flat or on hangers, avoiding folding or sharp creases, as this may cause permanent marks.
